We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-driven SEO Team Lead who can manage multiple SEO projects, lead a team efficiently, and ensure the smooth execution of SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Lead and coordinate the SEO team for smooth workflow and project management
- Plan, execute, and monitor On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and overall SEO performance
- Handle task allocation, team communication, and performance tracking
- Conduct monthly client meetings and present SEO reports and updates
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams for SEO implementation
- Develop backlink strategies and support content marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and latest SEO trends
- Guide and mentor junior SEO executives and ensure quality standards across projects
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)
- Experience in managing SEO teams and handling multiple client projects
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Understanding of WordPress and website optimization
- Ability to create and implement result-oriented SEO strategies
- Agency experience will be an added advantage
