Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's financial records, accounts, taxation, and daily accounting operations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the jewellery industry and knowledge of jewellery ERP/Gati Software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain purchase and sales registers.
- Verify stock and inventory records with production and stores.
- Reconcile gold, silver, and other precious metal accounts.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in the jewellery industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Gati Software or any Jewellery ERP is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Salary: As per experience and interview.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
