- Demand generation though customers/farmers/distributors/dealer, sales forecast, collection of customer payment, promotion of product, development activities – trail, demonstration, reports.
- Increase local turnover by advising, counselling customers/farmers/distributors linked with sales forecast under the management of ASM. Strongly involved in variety development with the support of RPDM and indirect contact with farmers.
Sales: Demand generation through distribution partners (Growers/dealer/farmers/ vendor) and promotion activities: organize farmers meeting/field day, dealers meeting, handle customer's complaint – field complaint/ crop performance. Customer dues/ payment collection through bank, maintaining good relationship with dealers. Providing updated marketing information to the reporting manager, • Maintaining good after sales services to farmers with crop visits & recommendations. Developing key farmers relations & data base to conduct & demonstrate crop shows.
- Development Activities: Organizing of new variety trails, demonstration at farmer's field.
- Generate demand through distribution partner (growers/farmers, nursery, distributors, vendors etc.) & promotion activity: field day, dealers meeting, jeep campaign, night meetings…pull sales
- Provide support to local dealers on field complaint/ crop performance evaluation, and market information.
- Ensure on-time collection to decrease customer outstanding amounts.
- Organize and follow up local trials on farmer plots to engage farmers confidence and advise them/dealers technically on our portfolio.
