We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and highly collaborative Associate Director, Global Partner Marketing – Hyperscaler to lead the development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This role is critical to accelerating Kore.ai’s growth through the AWS ecosystem by building joint marketing plans, driving co-sell and co-marketing motions, strengthening executive and field alignment, and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in enterprise technology partner marketing, hyperscaler ecosystems, integrated campaign execution, executive stakeholder management, and global program leadership.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The candidate should be comfortable defining GTM priorities, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving programs from planning through execution, measurement, and optimisation.

Are you passionate about building high-impact partner marketing programs that drive business outcomes? In this role, you will be responsible for leading Kore.ai’s AWS partner marketing strategy and execution globally, with a focus on building awareness, generating demand, accelerating the pipeline, and strengthening Kore.ai’s presence within the AWS ecosystem.
You will work closely with AWS partner marketing, alliances, sales, field marketing, product marketing, solution consulting, and revenue teams to create integrated GTM programs that support joint business priorities. This includes campaign planning, content development, digital demand generation, executive engagement, events, agency management, budget oversight, and performance reporting.
- Develop and lead the global AWS partner marketing strategy aligned to Kore.ai’s business priorities, AWS partnership goals, and regional pipeline objectives.
- Build quarterly and annual joint marketing plans with AWS, including campaign priorities, target accounts, event strategy, content themes, budget allocation, and success metrics.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated partner marketing campaigns across digital, field, event, content, and partner channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional execution to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Develop compelling joint value propositions, campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and solution positioning for AWS-focused initiatives.
- Lead the creation of co-branded assets, including solution briefs, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, landing pages, webinar content, executive presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Drive digital marketing programs through Kore.ai and AWS channels to generate qualified demand and accelerate pipeline.
- Leverage AWS Partner Central, AWS Marketplace, co-sell programs, MDF opportunities, and partner digital platforms to support joint opportunity creation.
- Develop and execute event strategies aligned to AWS priorities, including AWS re, AWS Summits, partner events, executive briefings, webinars, roundtables, and workshops.
- Coordinate sponsorships, speaking opportunities, executive participation, customer sessions, attendee acquisition, logistics, and post-event follow-up to drive measurable outcomes.
- Act as the central marketing lead for AWS-related partner marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across sales, alliances, product marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, and AWS stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with AWS partner marketing, field, alliance, and program teams to identify opportunities for deeper collaboration and joint GTM impact.
- Manage AWS partner marketing budgets, MDF programs, agency relationships, vendor execution, and program performance.
- Ensure all campaigns and events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives, pipeline goals, and ROI expectations.
- Define and track success metrics across awareness, engagement, MQLs, meetings, pipeline influence, sourced pipeline, and revenue impact.
- Build executive-ready reporting that communicates program outcomes, key learnings, pipeline impact, and recommendations for optimization.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, ecosystem marketing, or enterprise technology marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute partner marketing strategies and integrated GTM plans that drive awareness, demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems, preferably AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud, including co-sell, marketplace, MDF, and joint campaign motions.
- Experience leading digital marketing programs, including campaign planning, lead generation, marketing automation, nurture programs, and performance optimization.
- Strong content development and storytelling skills, with experience creating B2B assets for executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, executive briefings, roundtables, and virtual programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive engagement skills, with the ability to work across sales, alliances, product, technical, field marketing, marketing operations, and partner stakeholders.
- Analytical and project management mindset, with the ability to measure performance, optimize programs, and manage multiple priorities, agencies, vendors, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
