Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced R&D with a strong background in Nutraceutical product
development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in formulation, process
optimization, and scale-up of tablets, capsules, powders, and liquid nutraceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize formulations for nutraceutical products (tablets, capsules, syrups,
sachets, etc.).
Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and formulations aligned with
regulatory standards.
Prepare prototypes and stability batches; analyze performance and ensure product
consistency.
Coordinate with production, QC, and regulatory teams for smooth technology transfer.
Maintain formulation records, technical data sheets, and development reports.
Evaluate raw materials for suitability and compatibility in formulations.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and related nutraceutical regulations.
Support innovation projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Nutraceutical / Food supplement formulations
Expertise in tablet, capsule, and liquid dosage forms
Understanding of FSSAI, WHO-GMP, and regulatory requirements
Proficient in documentation and formulation development reports
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Educational Qualification:
M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
Remuneration:
As per industry standards and experience
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
