Job Title: RF Engineer (Radio Frequency Engineer)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF Engineer to design, develop, test, and optimize radio frequency systems and wireless communication networks. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of RF technologies, signal propagation, antenna systems, and wireless communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RF circuits, systems, and wireless communication solutions.
- Perform RF testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze RF coverage, interference, and signal quality.
- Design and evaluate antennas, transmitters, receivers, and related RF components.
- Analyze RF propagation models and network performance metrics.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and test results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and network engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support product development, deployment, and field testing activities.
- Investigate and resolve RF-related issues in existing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of RF principles, microwave engineering, and wireless communication systems.
- Knowledge of LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, or other wireless technologies.
- Experience with RF test equipment such as:
- Spectrum Analyzers
- Network Analyzers
- Signal Generators
- Oscilloscopes
- Familiarity with RF simulation and design tools (HFSS, CST, ADS, MATLAB, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in antenna design and RF optimization.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI testing.
- Understanding of telecom standards and regulations.
- Experience in IoT, satellite communication, or defense communication systems.
- Certification in RF or wireless technologies is an added advantage.
