Job Description – Brand Manager
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Brand Manager to lead brand growth, category development, and market positioning initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end brand performance through data-driven strategies, business planning, advertising alignment, pricing optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
The role involves managing brand visibility, customer engagement, sales growth, and product positioning while working closely with sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and advertising teams. The Brand Manager will oversee promotional campaigns, analyze market trends, optimize category performance, and develop strategies to improve customer experience and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include assortment planning, campaign execution, vendor and stakeholder management, demand forecasting, inventory coordination, and performance analysis. The candidate should be capable of handling brand partnerships, improving discoverability, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with experience in brand strategy, category management, sales planning, and business growth. Knowledge of digital advertising, customer analytics, and performance marketing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
