Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ROC and MCA compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling statutory filings, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ROC filings through the MCA portal, including annual filings, event-based filings, and compliance-related forms.
- Prepare and file statutory forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, ADT-1, DPT-3, and other applicable MCA forms.
- Ensure timely compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws.
- Maintain statutory registers, minutes books, and company records.
- Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities on compliance matters.
- Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of all ROC compliances.
- Support company incorporation, changes in directors, share allotments, and other corporate actions.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation related to corporate governance.
Requirements
- CS Inter Qualified (ICSI).
- BCom or MCom
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ROC filings and MCA compliance.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and MCA filing procedures.
- Hands-on experience with the MCA portal and statutory compliance.
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet statutory deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
