Role description
- Should have 3-5 yrs hands-on experience in JDE Support
- Good analytical skills to troubleshoot JDE functional issues.
- Working knowledge of JDE modules, ( Warehouse management, Supply chain management, Sales, Purchase and Inventory).
- Worked in 3rd party integration tools with JDE.
- Good presentation and communication skills to interact with client SME's and other stakeholders.
- Should guide team of juniors on complex issues.
- Should look for Process Improvements and Automation opportunities in the client's business processes.
- Should be willing to work in rotational UK and US shift timings.
- Immediate joiner.
