Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth: Lead sales for Diesel Gensets, Gas Gensets, and customized power solutions.
Market Expansion: Identify project sales opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, data centers, telecom.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong networks with Electrical Consultants, Architects, EPC Contractors, PMCs, and MEPs.
End-to-End Sales: Handle enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders to hit monthly/annual targets.Project Coordination: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and service teams to ensure smooth execution from booking to final commissioning.
What We Are Looking For:
Industry Experience: Proven sales background in Diesel Generators (DG Sets), Power Solutions, Electrical Equipment, or EPC projects.
Advantage: Prior experience handling HHP (High Horsepower) DG sets is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, techno-commercial understanding, and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
