Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Must have good communication skills and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client requirements.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful deals.
Maintain and update the database of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the operations team for site surveys and proposal preparation.
Support tender participation, including documentation and submission when required.
