Role: Relationship Manager (RM) – Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for equity trading, demat accounts, and investment products
- Generate revenue through:
- Equity / derivatives trading
- Mutual funds, Unlisted shares, IPOs, bonds, insurance products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide market updates, trading ideas, and portfolio suggestions
- Cross-sell financial products based on client needs
- Ensure high client engagement and satisfaction
- Achieve 3× revenue target through sales and client engagement
- Generate ₹25 lakh margin from client investments/trading
- Open minimum 25 new trading & Demat accounts.
Day-to-Day Work
- Promote stock market services through social media platforms
- Meeting clients (in-person or virtual)
- Tracking market trends (NSE/BSE, global cues)
- Coordinating with dealers/research teams for investment advice
- Monitoring client portfolios and suggesting actions
- Calling leads and converting them into active traders/investors
Key Skills Required
- Strong sales and persuasion ability
- Good understanding of stock market basics
- Communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of:
- Equity markets
- Mutual funds
- Financial planningEligibility
- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred)
- Certifications like NISM (Equity/Derivatives) often required or preferred
- Experience:
- 0–2 years (for junior RM)
2–5 years (for experienced RM roles)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
