Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT Services Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling software development services such as website development, mobile app development, blockchain solutions, SaaS products, and custom software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads generated through website, LinkedIn, referrals, Upwork, and marketing campaigns
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels
- Understand client business requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
- Conduct initial client discussions and requirement gathering
- Schedule meetings and demos with clients and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and client interactions
- Build strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Services Sales
- Strong knowledge of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Software Solutions sales
- Good lead generation, client acquisition, and follow-up skills
- Experience in requirement gathering and proposal preparation Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and email outreach
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,902.12 per month
