BEST MONEY GOLD JEWELLERY PVT LTD is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, statutory compliance, training & development, and ensuring a positive work environment aligned with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for all departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee engagement, performance appraisal, and retention initiatives.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Supervise payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee records.
- Support management in organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling recruitment for multiple locations.
- Knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in HRMS/ATS software is an added advantage.
- Ability to lead and motivate HR teams.
