Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, professional, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our restaurant team. The GRE will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, attended to, and satisfied throughout their dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest concerns with grace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and walk-in customers efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with serving staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Uphold restaurant standards of hospitality and customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
