Role Overview: We are looking for a Receptionist Cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The role involves handling visitors, calls, office coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and out goings calls and emails
- Coordinating between departments and external parties
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Handle administrative responsibilities related to office operations
- Oversee office supplies, pantry, and stationery; ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and services
- Manage courier, dispatch, and documentation
- Maintain records, invoices, and basic administrative documentation
- Support internal teams with day-to-day office requirements
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Hands-on experience in office administration (AMC, vendor coordination, supplies management, etc.)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
