Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage building construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and government authorities.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Resolve technical, operational, and manpower-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
- Verify contractor bills and project-related documentation.
- Maintain project records and ensure proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- 8–15 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, project planning, and execution.
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
