Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain company products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services to customers clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in the database.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
