BPO Executive
Responsibilities:
· Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
· Provide accurate information to customers regarding hospital services, appointment schedules, and patient inquiries.
· Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and outcomes.
Qualification: Any
Experience: 2 years or more in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Language: Fluency in these Tamil, English, Hindi

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
