Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial matters of the company, including contracts and financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal company policies
- Analyze financial performance and present reports to the CEO, Board, and stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including negotiation, drafting, and compliance
- Establish and maintain strong governance and approval processes
- Ensure compliance with GST, export regulations, and other statutory requirements
- Lead audits and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
- Develop and execute financial and commercial strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams
- Drive annual budgeting, long-term financial planning, and commercial strategy
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics (CA preferred)
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in commercial/finance roles with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and commercial analysis
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
