Job Role: Solar Site Supervisor
We are hiring Solar Site Supervisor for our Top Leading solar energy based company to oversee the installation and execution of solar projects across multiple project sites.
Location : Tiruppur (Udumalpet - Gudimangalam)
Eligibility:
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Should have prior experience working as Site Supervisor in any solar energy based company.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites as required (Petrol allowance will be provided)
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day solar project installation and execution activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor workforce productivity and maintain site discipline.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily reports and provide timely updates to management.
Salary : ₹ 25,000 per month
Shift details :
- Work timing - 9 am to 5 pm
- 6 working days per week
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
