We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR processes, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
3. Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and other labour law requirements.
4. Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
5. Manage employee lifecycle activities including performance management and appraisals.
6. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations applicable to the organization.
7. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
8. Drive employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.
9. Maintain HR documentation, reports, and compliance registers.
10. Support management in HR planning and organizational development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR compliances, labour laws, and HR best practices.
4. Experience in payroll management and statutory filings.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
