Po Summary As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching local businesses, introducing them to the Availableo platform, and onboarding them as business partners. The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face communication, comfortable with field visits, and motivated by achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and visit potential local businesses, shops, service providers, and establishments. Introduce Availableo's platform and explain its benefits to business owners. Generate leads and convert prospects into registered business partners. Conduct regular field visits within assigned areas. Manage the complete business onboarding process. Maintain strong relationships with onboarded businesses. Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and onboarding targets. Collect accurate business information, service details, product information, and required documents. Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and service activation. Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, direct sales, or a similar role. Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also welcome. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in approaching and speaking with business owners. Willingness to travel and conduct daily field visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven. Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and online applications. Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory. Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
