Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic, execution-focused, and internet-native Social Media Growth Strategist who understands how to engineer virality, build niche authority, and scale organic growth across Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
This role combines growth strategy, audience psychology, storytelling, content systems, and AI-assisted workflows to create high-performing short-form content that drives reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead conversions.
The ideal candidate deeply understands platform algorithms, viral storytelling frameworks, retention mechanics, and modern internet culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-growth content strategies for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Build viral content pipelines focused on reach, watch time, shares, and saves
- Research trends, creator ecosystems, audience behavior, and emerging formats
- Write high-retention hooks, storytelling structures, and content angles
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with growth goals
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategy using analytics and insights
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and founders on creative direction
- Implement AI-assisted workflows for faster content production and ideation
- Build authority positioning for student, parent, and professional audiences
- Track competitors and identify scalable viral opportunities
