We are looking for a Civil Engineer with good experience in Building Construction Estimation and Billing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Civil Work Estimates, BOQ and Quantity Take-off for building projects.
- Prepare and check Contractor Bills, RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Calculate quantities from Civil/Structural drawings.
- Prepare Rate Analysis and material/labour quantity calculations.
- Verify quantities of RCC, PCC, Brickwork, Plaster, Flooring, Waterproofing, Painting, Masonry and other building works.
- Check site measurements and maintain Measurement Book (MB) / measurement records.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Architects and Consultants regarding measurements and billing.
- Prepare Material Reconciliation and quantity statements.
- Compare estimated quantities with actual site quantities.
- Prepare Extra Item / Variation Statements wherever required.
- Check subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of estimates, measurements, bills and project documents.
- Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
