We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer/ Executive to join our V-Belt manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of rubber testing, quality control, and laboratory procedures related to rubber products and compounds.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a rubber manufacturing company
- Experience in V-belt manufacturing company will be preferred
- Good knowledge of:
- Rubber raw materials
- Compound testing
- Physical and chemical testing methods
- Quality control procedures
- Ability to operate laboratory testing equipment
- Understanding of production quality standards and documentation
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing of rubber compounds and finished products
- Maintain laboratory records and test reports
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications
- Support production and quality teams in troubleshooting quality issues
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments
- Ensure proper lab safety and housekeeping standards
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of rubber mixing and compounding
- Familiarity with ASTM / IS testing standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Sc. / Technical qualification in Rubber Technology, Chemistry, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in rubber industry
- V-belt manufacturing experience preferred
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
