Roles and Responsibilities:-
● Design and development of backend features and components.
● Development of responsive web applications - Desktop & Mobile.
● Development of APIs.
● Technical solutioning & System designing.
● Execute full lifecycle software development. Develop software verification plans and
quality assurance procedures.
● Collaborate with front-end developers and translate user-facing elements to
server-side logic.
● Understanding the requirements/specifications, designing the system/application
architecture and providing a tech solution in the defined timeframe.
● Write clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable code, establish quality standards and
initiate review-related activities.
● Smooth & timely delivery of the defined module/component. Take full ownership of
the assigned task.
● Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers, project and product managers) to identify
system requirements.
● Monitor debugging process results.
● Stay up-to-date with new web technologies.
● Maintaining the running/live websites, ensure error/bug free deployments.
● Improving the overall quality of code, processes to reduce TAT.
Skills Required:-
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering Computer Science.
● At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Back-end Developer with expertise in
Node.JS
● Prolific with jQuery, JAVA, graphql, MongoDB and MS SQL Server.
● Web API experience would be a plus.
● A feel for good code structure and design that is maintainable, understandable and
reliable.
● To be able to work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.
● Excellent skills in generating technical documentation, presentations and contributing
to continuous improvement initiatives.
● Technical thought leader skills in the back-end technologies and space.
● Excellent communicator that can explain the technical subject matter to a
non-technical audience in an understandable and impactful manner.
● You have meticulous attention to detail and continue to learn and keep up with the
latest back-end engineering practices and news.
