Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Calculate quantities of materials and Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications.
2. Estimate the total construction cost including materials, labour, and equipment and Prepare rate analysis for different construction activities.
3. Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills for the client based on completed work.
4. Check measurements and prepare payment bills for subcontractors.
7. Take site measurements for completed work and maintain measurement records.
8. Compare actual material consumption vs theoretical quantities to control wastage.
9. Identify extra items and prepare variation claims.
10. Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
11. Assist in tender preparation, quotation comparison, and contractor selection.
12. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors.
13. Maintain daily quantity reports, billing records, and project cost reports.
14. Draw the simple drawings by Autocadd
15. Maintain company Accounts documents.
