Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, coordination with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, structural consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per standards and specifications.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and site safety practices.
- Verify measurements and assist in certification of contractor bills.
- Maintain site records, drawings, checklists, and documentation.
- Support senior engineers and project managers in achieving project milestones.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety standards and site best practices.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant site execution experience, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in apartment or plotted development projects.
- Exposure to RCC, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
Reporting To:
- Project Manager / Senior Site Engineer
Compensation:
- As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹30,522.21 - ₹50,087.18 per month
