The company is building the agentic AI layer for oncology EHRs, helping cancer hospitals automate workflows like trial matching, registry curation, and clinical data processing using AI agents integrated directly into EMRs. Trusted by leading cancer centers globally, the platform processes millions of oncology medical documents at scale.
We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to drive AI-powered healthcare products from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate should have prior experience building B2B AI products and preferably transitioned from an ML Engineer or AI Engineer background into Product Management.
You’ll work closely with AI, engineering, and business teams to build scalable AI workflows and enterprise healthcare solutions.
- Define product roadmap, strategy, and execution for AI-powered products.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and engineering teams to build scalable healthcare AI solutions.
- Translate customer and business problems into product requirements.
- Drive stakeholder management, product prioritization, and GTM alignment.
- Work closely with enterprise healthcare customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- 3–5 years of experience with 1–2 years in AI Product Management.
- Strong exposure to B2B AI products/platforms.
- Preferred candidates with prior ML Engineer / AI Engineer experience.
- Good understanding of LLMs, GenAI, AI workflows, and product lifecycle.
- Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills.
- Experience in healthcare AI or healthcare data systems.
- MBA from reputed institutes preferred.
- Preferred educational background: IIM / IIT
