ROLE SUMMARY:
The Enviro Manager – Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar is responsible for driving the school awareness program across all targeted schools in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar. The incumbent will lead school outreach, build relationships with school principals and teachers, schedule and supervise awareness sessions for students, and manage a ground team of 8 Environment Executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and approach schools in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar; pitch the program to principals and teachers and secure their participation.
- Schedule and confirm dates for awareness sessions at each school.
- Plan and oversee the delivery of awareness sessions alongside the Environment Executives.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the daily activities of 8 Environment Executives.
- Maintain field records and submit timely reports to the Program Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Graduate in Social Work, Education, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- 2-3 years in field program execution, community outreach, or school engagement.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable with institutional outreach.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Self-driven, target-oriented; willing to travel extensively within Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
