Job Description (JD) – Welder
Department:

Reports To:
Production Supervisor.
Job Purpose:
To join metal parts by welding and ensure strong, safe, and high-quality work as per company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding work according to drawings or supervisor instructions.
- Prepare metal parts before welding by cleaning and positioning them properly.
- Use welding machines and tools safely and correctly.
- Check weld quality and correct any defects if required.
- Follow production schedules and complete work on time.
- Report machine issues or material defects to the supervisor.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read simple drawings or job instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
- ITI (Welder) or relevant welding experience.
Experience:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
