Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for a construction company. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, billing, cost control, BOQ preparation, and coordination with project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation for construction projects.
Handle quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.
Prepare client billing, subcontractor billing, and vendor bill verification.
Monitor project costs and maintain budget control.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
Verify material consumption and work progress at site.
Prepare rate analysis and cost comparison statements.
Maintain project documentation and reports.
Ensure timely preparation of measurement sheets and billing records.
Assist in tendering and contract-related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Good knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and billing process.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge in residential/commercial construction projects.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
