Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly post content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Plan, organize, and maintain a structured content calendar
- Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives and marketing materials
- Assist in executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
- Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and basic analytics
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas
Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Strong sense of content planning and audience engagement
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be proficient in both Hindi and English (written and verbal)
