Key Requirements:
Experience in Shell Moulding & Green Sand Process
Hands-on exposure to FG, SG, CGI & SiMo Grades
Furnace operations & melt control knowledge
OES / Spectrometer handling experience
Metallurgical testing & microstructure analysis
Knowledge of gating & riser design
Automotive quality systems – IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
Strong shop-floor exposure in foundry
Responsibilities:
- Melt shop operations & charge calculation
- Molten metal management & pouring control
- Metallurgical quality testing & analysis
- Casting defect analysis & corrective actions
- Gating, riser & mold flow understanding
- Safety compliance in foundry operations
