ZeTechno is looking for an enterprise-level ServiceNow Technical Manager/Lead who shall serve as a Technical Lead and an SME on large enterprise-level ServiceNow deployments across the globe. This role requires experience in application design and implementation of various ServiceNow modules and custom application development. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Sprint releases including support on Sprint releases.

Must hold Good knowledge of ITSM and ITIL V3
Must hold experience in ServiceNow Module/Application design and implementation.
Must hold experience of at least 2 implementations in ServiceNow.
Must have good experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor
Must have minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow
Must have experience in leading managing and guiding the team for implementation and support engagements, Requirement Gatherings, Development, Testing, UAT, and Production.
Responsible for Sprint work item effort estimation and planning
Must have experience in planning and delivering the Sprint release as per SLA and agreed timelines
Must have a good process understanding of Incidents, Problems, Change, Service Requests, and Knowledge Management
Must have Good Experience with ITSM Integrations, CMDB, and Service Portal modules in ServiceNow
Must have good experience in web-based Integration SOAP REST etc and email inbound actions
Should know about Discovery CMDB Data Modelling Asset Management Service Mapping.
Accountable and Responsible for managing end-to-end Sprint releases including support on Sprint releases.
Must have experience in proposing solutions to customers on the requirement
Good Experience in managing Client discussions including managing customer expectations and Requirement gathering activities
Must have Good communication (verbal, email, and presentation skills)
Must have the ability to work closely with the Customer team in a sprint or agile execution model
