Job Title:Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary
The E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment of online orders. This role manages inventory control, staff supervision, and workflow optimization while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping e-commerce orders
- Ensure order accuracy and on-time dispatch to meet customer delivery expectations
- Manage and train warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and operations teams to resolve order issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms to track orders and inventory
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, order management tools)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience
- E-commerce or online order fulfillment experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,256.45 - ₹20,000.00 per month
