About the Role
Vivaan Water & Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the company's business development, sales, and marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building strategic client relationships, and promoting the company's specialized services in rainwater harvesting, groundwater consultancy, hydrogeological services, environmental solutions, and industrial water management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business development capabilities, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in sales within the water, environmental, infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, residential, institutional, and government sectors.
- Generate business enquiries through direct sales, networking, consultants, architects, builders, contractors, industries, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and project site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online lead generation.
- Coordinate the preparation of company profiles, brochures, presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, architects, project management consultants, builders, and industry associations.
Tendering & Government Business
- Identify suitable government and semi-government tender opportunities.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Liaise with government departments, municipal corporations, industrial development authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain a tender calendar and monitor upcoming business opportunities.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure timely response to customer enquiries and service requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, government policies, and market developments.
- Identify emerging opportunities in water conservation, groundwater recharge, environmental compliance, and sustainability projects.
- Provide periodic market intelligence reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with technical, operations, finance, and administration teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales databases.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Forecast sales revenue and identify future business opportunities.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in Water, Environmental, Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, Consultancy, or Government Projects will be highly preferred.
