- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes
- Provide accurate information about the organization’s services, procedures, or departments
- Coordinate with internal departments for appointments and meetings
- Manage front desk operations, schedules, and office correspondence
- Handle basic documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
- Assist in fee collection / payment coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline of the reception area
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by management
