Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure high levels of satisfaction, resolve customer concerns, and support business growth through customer retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers after sales or service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Prepare customer reports and analyze feedback to improve service quality.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and recommend process improvements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,512.46 per month
