Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients and parents.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Explain ARULA's programs and services effectively to potential clients.
- Convert enquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and families.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Confident in handling client conversations and addressing queries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with CRM software or lead management systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
