Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple travel agency branches, drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional branch operations and performance.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and support branch teams.
- Develop business and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare performance reports and implement improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, including management experience.
- Strong leadership, sales, communication, and operational management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
