Production Planning
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per sales requirements.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Manufacturing Operations
- Supervise all production activities including cleaning, roasting, grinding, blending, sieving, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure production follows approved formulations and SOPs.
- Monitor production yield and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with maintenance for machine availability.
Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspections.
- Ensure product quality and consistency are maintained.
Inventory & Material Management
- Coordinate with stores for timely availability of raw materials and packing materials.
- Monitor production losses and improve material utilization.
- Ensure proper stock control and reconciliation.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise production supervisors, machine operators, and workers.
- Prepare shift schedules and allocate manpower.
- Train employees on SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality practices.
- Evaluate employee performance and productivity.
Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic production environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Investigate production incidents and implement corrective actions.
Cost & Productivity
- Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Improve production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reduce machine downtime, rework, and product wastage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
