Sembridge is hiring Customer Service Executives for the UHC (UnitedHealthcare) US Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves interacting with customers over calls and providing support regarding healthcare-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with queries related to healthcare plans, benefits, claims, coverage, and other service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records as required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Customer service orientation with good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Prior experience in BPO/Customer Service is preferred but not mandatory.
