- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Strong knowledge of log management, data ingestion, and visualization using Elastic Stack components.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and real-time analytics solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Elastic Stack performance in complex environments.
- Familiarity with integration of Elastic Stack with various data sources and third-party tools.
- Understanding of security best practices and data governance within Elastic Stack deployments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
