Location: Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food as per recipes and quality standards.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper mise en place and timely food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and minimize food wastage.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Hotel/Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong teamwork and discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
