About the Role
This is a high-learning opportunity to work directly with the Founder of Recruiting Genie LLP and Accounting Genie LLP.
You'll gain hands-on exposure to business strategy, operations, hiring, marketing, client management, process improvement, and special projects while helping build two growing founder-led businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how businesses are built from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives.
· Coordinate and monitor ongoing business projects.
· Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
· Assist with business development and partnership opportunities.
· Support recruitment projects and client engagements.
· Contribute to marketing campaigns, content creation, and LinkedIn initiatives.
· Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and business documents.
· Build and improve internal processes, SOPs, and operational systems.
· Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
· Take ownership of special projects across Recruiting Genie and Accounting Genie.
What We're Looking For
· Bachelor's degree.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
· Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, consulting, or business operations.
