Quality Supervisor – Gold Jewellery Manufacturing (3–6 Years Experience)
Supervise quality inspection throughout the jewellery manufacturing process.
Inspect raw materials, WIP, and finished gold jewellery.
Identify defects such as scratches, porosity, loose stones, and finishing issues.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
Prepare daily quality and inspection reports.
Coordinate with Production and Planning teams for quality improvements.
Train operators on quality procedures and inspection standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Good knowledge of gold jewellery manufacturing and final inspection.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
