Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager – HORECA Sales to drive revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional clients. The role focuses on securing long-term supply agreements, growing key accounts, and ensuring strong commercial performance.
Key Requirements
Develop and convert relationships with HORECA decision-makers into active business accounts.
Negotiate and close long-term supply contracts and preferred vendor agreements.
Increase revenue from existing accounts by introducing additional product categories.
Prepare competitive commercial proposals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Manage territory sales performance, including revenue growth and profitability.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to strengthen our market position.
Ensure timely collections and monitor credit exposure for key accounts.
Candidate Requirement
Experience: Proven experience in B2B/Institutional Sales, mandatory in HORECA sales.
Industry Network: Strong existing relationships with hospitality industry decision-makers (F&B Heads, Purchase Managers, Restaurant Owners, etc.).
Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage and close high-value commercial negotiations.
Business Acumen: Good understanding of the HORECA supply chain, food costing, and credit cycles.
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate; BHM or hospitality background preferred
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
