Oracle CPQ Cloud Business Analyst (Implementation & Setup Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Cloud Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud and Oracle Order Management Cloud (OMC) to join a dynamic team supporting a CPQ-driven commerce and fulfilment architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ commerce processes including configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote-to-order workflows.
✔ Design and manage custom CPQ commerce workflows with upstream order lifecycle management.
✔ Define and govern integrations between Oracle CPQ and Oracle Order Management Cloud.
✔ Support fulfillment orchestration, order revisions, cancellations, backorders, returns, and billing handoff.
✔ Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and process flows.
✔ Act as a functional solution authority and provide Tier-3 production support.
Required Skills:
✅ 7–10+ years of Oracle CPQ Cloud experience.
✅ Strong expertise in configuration rules, pricing, rebates, and order lifecycle management.
✅ Hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud configuration and orchestration.
✅ Strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and integration troubleshooting.
✅ Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SQL, OTBI, or BI Publisher is a plus.

Pay: ₹476,365.15 - ₹1,130,714.70 per year
